Yea, I converted to 5 lug because of wheel selection and rear disc. Cost about $700 for the front and $350 for the rear to convert. That is all new parts except rear calipers and getting the axles redrilled to 5x5.

Thanks for the pics. Did you run those brake lines yourself? Any tips? I'm getting ready to do mine.

Yup, bought the $60 steel line kit from inline tube. It was actually fun to do and rewarding when finished. Get you a decent double flaring tool and a cheap tubing bender. Take your time and double/triple measure before bending and you will be good. It was actually very easy to do. The hardest part was getting the lines bent around the front crossmember. I routed my front lines to the front of the crossmember instead of the back. I had about 20" of extra tubing left over, so it was just enough.

Oh, and don't forget to put the fitting on the tube before flaring, DOH!

Lookin' good. I'm a big fan of the gray Coy's myself... Looks like it's about time for shock relocators and an adjustable panhard bar.

Re: Bagged w/coys and pics

Looks like you thought ahead enough to paint your CPP master cylinder before you put it on. I epoxy painted my calipers, spindles, and the hubs on my slotted/drilled rotors but totally forgot about the master cylinder and now it's gonna be a b*tch to get cleaned up. DOHHHH!

Is that a narrow rear end or a regular? I'm trying to figure out if your 20x10 rear wheel with 5.5" backspacing would look the same on my '70LWB. I like the way that tucks. I'm also considering the 22x9's on the rear...for only $50 more it doesn't seem like a bad upcharge, except for the more expensive tires as well.

The master came painted. I think the 70+ rearends are 3/4" wider each side so the 5.5" 20x10 would be just about perfect. I'm putting 1" billet spacers and some 315's on the rear.

I will get some pics of the bed, but yes I have a mini tub. I pulled the front inner fenders and she's tuckin hard now up front. Gotta Z the front and get my back half done. Progress has slowed to a crawl because we are expecting a baby any day now.

Looking good, been thinking of the Coy's for my 65. I think that tire wheel combo works well on your truck.

That's about the minimum. Anything less seems to be a fluke.

I ordered mine on either March 28th or the Friday before that. They said two weeks, but they haven't gotten here yet.

The Hot Rod Power Tour is coming here on June 7th. If those wheels don't get here by then I'm going to be seriously ticked off.
