Re: Project 72' O'Blue
Thanks guys. Here are some pics.
I had decided to strip the body to bare metal. I started on the hood...bad idea. I found a 1/4" of bondo in a 1'x2' area on the hood, it looked like a small tree fell on it. And under all that bondo was 26 stuc welder holes, filled with bondo! Oh, and I got most of the back half of the frame painted.

Re: Project 72' O'Blue
Yeah, we have got probably 20lbs of copper, 2 tons of steel, 1 ton of aluminum, and a bunch of cast iron. Not all of it is from the truck...

Re: Project 72' O'Blue
Available now. Make an offer. I has some dents and need new cross sills/floor(steel right now, cheaper to put wood in)/wheel wells. Want pics? Also, straight/dent free tailgate included, it has a few pencil size holes in it, easy fix.
$75 for the tailgate. $75 for the bed.

Re: Project 72' O'Blue
Here are the ones I have now, I'll get more later.
Oh, tailgate comes without handle, if you want I can throw in the crap gate so you can use that hardware. The bed is flipped over now and much easier to load.

Re: Project 72' O'Blue
$75 for the tailgate. $75 for the bed.
I just put a deposit on the frame+bed+front bed panel+ perfect NOS floor. 275$ for ALL of it and it only need a little attention. I'll take pics when I go back. The guy has a 68 C-30, 3 1st gen SS big block Camaros, a 72 Blazer, a last gen Z28 Camaro and TONS of 67-72 parts! He is willing to sell anything! He has just about every part.
