Re: 1967-1972 C-30's

Not only frowned upon, but against the rules you agreed to and didn`t read.
This truck is solid. It is worth more than a pickup.A solid pickup is worth $3,500.The tow rig and body are actually worth $3,500 w/o the truck. There are rusted trucks ALL over the place in NC.It`s typical for someone who doesn`t know what they`re talking about to assume a truck isn`t worth much because it isn`t shiney. In this thread you went from asking me if a truck was worth the price to telling me what mine`s worth.Pretty laughable, really.

Well, I didnt read the rules because I have read rules beforw and they were the same. Sorry.

Shiney? That doesnt matter to me, I just meant that from what I saw (and where you are located(rust)), and because there arent many pics.

Re: 1967-1972 C-30's

Well,apparently rules aren`t all the same.No problem,now you know.

There is no rust except the one back corner of the one fender.Look a little closer.Alot of these service station trucks were kept top notch. They were washed and stuck in a service bay at night. If this thing had good paint and fresh wheels I`d be asking twice as much. You don`t see these all over the place. There are actually quite a few rustfree trucks around here.More rusted, for sure.My mechanic has a rustfree`71 CheyenneSuper from our area,I`ve had a`71 Cheyenne CustomCamper/20,`70 CustomCamper/30,`63 Riviera, 3`72 Cheyennes,`71 Suburban CustomDeluxe, and a`71 CST Blazer all local and 95-100% rustfree.I`ve had several from down south and out west, too.Just because something is sitting in a state where things rust doesn`t mean it`s been there all it`s life. There are rusted trucks in So,Cal,Arizona,Nevada, and the southeast. They are all over 35 years old,so...

I`d keep it even if I didn`t need it.Just need to be downsizing and sure could use mo money.

Re: 1967-1972 C-30's

why do some of these C30's not have cab lights. I thought all the 20's and 30's had mandatory Cab lights and that it was an option on C10s
