Re: my new toy
Who doesn't like painted rallies???
Look, I don't mind big wheels. I love Dinos and n2trux and tvblazers trucks. In fact I really want to run 18s and 19s on the Turbo Buick that I still own. FWIW--I do like the dually and the blazer. The Blazer is gonna look awesome with an altitude adjustment. BTW, my Buicks have always been T-types.

Re: my new toy
I don't. I'm OK with rallys but personally think they look horrible painted body color. Thats just my opinion, some guys dont like big rims, i dont like painted rallys. Thats the reason everyones trucks( or cars) dont look the same.

I look foward to making contributions to this board, i know these trucks! buicks i just pay to make fast ( a expensive hobby that breaks alot ) with this truck i want to have fun! After careful thought i am going ls2,

Re: my new toy
Alll righty then, now that we are back on the trucks. The KP setup is nice I wanted to put it on my Burb. On the Burbs there is a issue with the body mounts (nothing a good welder couldn't work out.) I was wondering if the blazers had the same mount locations. On the Burb one is right at the front leaf spring mount and the other is where the notch would need to go.

Re: my new toy
What the heck are we doing here? I can not believe you guys! I don't even know who to begin with, so I'm calling all of you out and issuing infractions. This crap stops HERE and NOW! You guys that have been on here a while know that this forum and it's staff does not tolerate this BS. The newer members just got your first and last warning. Any further negative comments and I will issue some vacation time to go with it.
Thanks to those that reported this post and did what you could to get back on topic. Your assistance is appreciated. I will now spend some of my valued time cleaning it up so we can get back on topic.

Been researching as well and from all I've read/seen/been told is that the "bolt in" kits dont fit due to the front bolting points not lining up due to the "kick-up" in the frame. I've talked to one person that has said he installed the rear AirRide AirBar by welding the front mounts.....but he's yet to provide pics. Here a pretty good site that shows all the frame specs for all C/K series. http://www.chuckschevytruckpages.com/framespecs.html Good luck....let me know if you find any more info!

Re: my new toy
You may want to talk with Nate (porterbuilt), he was talking about doing one for a K5 blazer soon. I would love to get one from him if he makes one..

Re: my new toy
i fiberglassed the dash i thought it would make it look a little newer. sanded the dash, filled any imperfections with duraglass, sanded smooth primed with filler primer a couple of times , paint with your favorite color i will post more pics i also got some different wheels don't know if i like them yet

Re: my new toy
The dash looks good. Better pics and more details would make everyone happy. Why did you get rid of the old wheels? Was the back space wrong for tuckin, or just wanted something different?
