You can always go elsewhere to just BS, but this and the other major forum are so good for truck resources that I would have a hard time spending time elsewhere. Just my .02.

We move the posts to keep the clutter down on all boards. I would liketo think that we are all one big group of people into Chevy and GMC trucks, give general discussion a try, the people there form what I've seen here adn there have very similar humors. The reason for general discussion is because the boards tend to get away from truck related topics and alot of new guys dont even bother coming back when all they see is chit chat on a truck board instead of truck related questions/answers.

You can look through the 67-72 board, we move the posts of people posting off topic things all the time. We are not singling out any specific group.

When a post is moved we leave a redirect moving it to the correct forum. This is how it's always been, and will be.

This has NOTHING to do with any "in between the lines reading" or any posts that may have "offended" us, all of us admins are fairly busy, we try to keep the boards orderly but we cannot always do that. As for a seperate chit chat board for 73-87, no I cannot do that, this server is strained enough as is with the number of boards on it. Try to remember, I do this on my own, the admins only move posts/delete inappropriate posts, we all take time out of our lives to keep this board up, and make nothing from it. All I ask is that you guys try to moderate yourselves.

There are several Administrators, I'll list them out so you guys can know whos who. They are: Josh (me), 68SWB4x4, Rod, 71Chev, 68 Stepside, and Mongo.

I know alot of this is a bit of a incovnienence compared to how you guys normally are used to, but give general discussion a try. From what I've read of all ya'lls sence of humor, you'll fit right in.

Just a little ? I posted 2 post trying to get a get together for the 67-72 guys in Wa Or Id and it was moved from the 67-72 I dont see why as it was related to the trucks.? It now gets about a third of the traffic, Just curious..thanks Jack

I dont usually get into these discussions,,, but, Id just like to add, that when members are asking where other members are in their state...... alot of times, its people looking for other people close to them to possibly share in this common interest... our trucks.... A post like that would get so much more response on the Main Board..... just a thought....

GMC my point It also appears moving it screws up emil notification as I havent seen the last few and I am tryong to keep a list for a get together
