On MY Bluebird school bus, the wipers are the earlier "manual" delay-type.
I have the name of a bus parts distributor in Central Arkansas...I'll call him on Monday and see if he has any info.

ran across this switch on www.amequipment.com ....
looks similar to the one blue_69 has pictured...prices were not listed... might be something to check into...
