I don't believe that's an Alton. It looks like a Scot-Bilt conversion. The small piece of sheet metal between the front and rear door is typical with them unlike some of the other conversions.

Altons look exactly like Scott-Bilts.They started out building commercial conversions and now build rich boy toys,more like a custom coach/limo company for trucks.

I am thinking it was this truck. There cant be too many around. It appears to be an Alton Conversion.
