How about the cooler lines? Aren’t they reversed ? Do they need replaced or rebent ?

Yes in and out are reversed. I was able to just re-bend the cooler lines slightly and make it work.

Is the shift linkage different for the column shift ? My shift link form the th350 is to short for the 2004r
