This is my old 98 Zx7r i spray painted gunmetal, wet sanded and buffed... i think i had 60bucks total in it.. i sure do miss it

1969 SSR1, that is the best looking rattle can paint job i have seen, Very great work!!!!

it faded too fast, it was getting worn off from washing it every 3 or 4 days, it just sucked all around.
I DA'd it with 180, then a quick block over most of it with 400 if I remember right (this was back in 03 or so) |

ssr1 if you go through all that work to make it that straight(Looks good in the pics)then why not go ahead and shoot some paint on it, even if only a single stage?

that is for 1969 ssr1, he is planning to paint it, that is his thread the flat black was just temporary. |

Well the flat is omly until a can lay paint. But its as simple as hitting it with 400 wet and then 600 wet and im ready to paint. The krylon flat is a cheap option when you arent ready to paint and it looks great.
