Re: Keep the rally's or get 20"s ?

i like rallies.....20's are great if they tuck right.if not they look "donkish".crawdad,tvblzers.n2trux,,classic87 and other's pulled it off nicely with 20's or 22's.but they gotta tuck.

I vote Rallys... They are both cool, I'm just a little more old school...I agree with boatpuller on avoiding the 'donk' look, make sure those dubs tuck right.

Re: Keep the rally's or get 20"s ?

If those wheel companys were smart they would allready be making 17"-20"
Rally wheel reproductions. But I guess they would cost as much as those big
Camaro rallys.

Cheap 5 lug to 6 lug adapters, so we could run late model wheels is what I
think would be neat.

The lca'a are about 1.5 off the ground, I figured if I ordered new wheels with the right backspace and tire size I wouldnt have any problems?

I really like the American Racing Ansen Sprints, and you can get them in 17" sizes.
thanks but the body work looks pretty bad under the paint still, I am going to start doing the body work myself next winter and get it repainted. the paint/body on this thing has been a total nightmare.

I actually have the trim in the garage just havent been motivated to get it done yet. Now that I got the stereo is installed I'll get that and a couple other things done.

I think I'll end up ordering new wheels, 18" or 20". I really dont want to spend the money on it but I cant keep it the way it is because the control arms drag over EVERYTHING. Maybe I can just swap the 295's for 275's and then replace the 3" coil in the front for a 2" ?

Truck rallys or Camaro rallys? I know about the bigger 5 on 5 BP Camaro/Corvette rallys, I was talking about a larger version of these, but not just a bigger 16" rim lip like Stockton makes over the old center.

How come the mopar guys get more repro wheels than we do?

You know I havent priced a set of bags in a couple years, but it's got to cost more than a set of wheels tires right? guess I have some more homework to do

That may be my only option but I will have to add taller rear tires also
