Re: got screwed by inline tube
I bought from them and the lines all fit without a hitch...BUT, there customer service SUCKS!!! I only needed a few of the lines, and they quoted me a price. I called back 2 days later to make the order, but now it was going to cost me as much for the 4 lines I needed as it cost for the whole kit. When I asked how that could be, they said they would have to remake the parts...????...WTF? God forbid they have to remake 4 lines...on a CNC bender. How much time could that have taken to type into the computer and bend up...2 minutes? I hate being railroaded into having to buy stuff I can't use!
And the guy who answers the phone makes no excuses for the fact that he's an *********. Which doesn't say much for the companies ethical standing in my opinion. So, buyer's beware! Last edited by Sillyoldman; 09-05-2010 at 09:38 PM. |

I ordered E brake cables from them out of their catalog, which specifically stated my year/make/model. Got the cables, and they were too short. Called them to complain, their response was to send them back. (At my expense) Then they said to send them my originals. (At my expense). They made up new ones copied from my originals, and sent them to me (At my expense). OK, now count those shipping trips up at almost 50 dollars one way... Shipping alone screwed me out of a decent sale. I spoke with them about their ridiculous shipping, and was basically told to go pound sand... Apparently they only have ONE shipper that comes to their hole in the wall, and it seems as though it's the only donkey in their state because not only is the cost high it takes forever to get your parts. I will never do business with them again, simple as that.
