Re: The Official Bagged K5 thread
yes, it's hot rod flatz red. My body guys has used the dupont hod rot black and said that the flatz went on ALOT easier then the dupont did. It's priced nice also.

Re: The Official Bagged K5 thread
Thanks, It's still a work in progress but I think the main ideas are there. I still have to do the rear bumper and taillights thought.

Re: The Official Bagged K5 thread
Here is a pic of mine. It is torn down again and collecting dust in the garage. I got married and bought a house that needed alot of work. I hope to get back to working on the blazer soon.

Re: The Official Bagged K5 thread
Looks good Carter. I love the way the front bumper is tucked in and meets the body lines. Ever since I saw Foose do that on one of the projects, I thought it would be ideal for a 2wd Blazer. I can't wait to see how you plan the rear bumper.
Are you shortening the body behind the rear wheels?

Re: The Official Bagged K5 thread
I like how you built up the bedside to meet the door, instead of chopping the door to meet the bedside. Will it have a top and windows? Are you planning to lower the front wheel well opening to meet the back or is that just an illusion?

Re: The Official Bagged K5 thread
Ok, time for a shameless plug on my project, I didn't want to post it here until it was actually a bagged Blazer. Here it is in the shop awaiting the tear down for a complete overhaul.
Cool thread! You can see the build here

Well guys, it's not out of the garage just yet. But at least I can say I have Officially bagged the K5. I'll clean it up for better pics when I pull it out.
