When you hard wire a 4- way Big Red airvalve into a digital controller, do you need a sending unit on every valve to make it function?

That depends on the controller.... the valves dont need a sensor in order to function, they only need a 12V source from a momentary switch

Where can I find the electrical connectors (from power supply/switchbox) for the receptacles on the the Big 4-way? Do the controllers that you sell on the website have the connectors?

I can attest to a daily driver needing 4 wheel control! I tried to do it the "cheap" way and now am ending up doing it the right/more expensive way.

Tony, by chance are you having any sales on your 4-way Analog control panel?? That is the last piece to my 8-valve setup.

What will I need to get the digital gauge to work? I got the big red valve block about 6 months ago and have just got everthing plumbed up. Now it's time to add gauge(s). Will I need a sending unit for each bag?

Im intrested the big 4 but I have stainless tubing that is 1/2 and I really want more of a height control. Not where it goes all the way up with a small tap of the switch. Could I still use the 1/2 tube and reduce it to 3/8 at the valves or do i need to go ahead and get 3/8 tubing aswell to meet my need?

If you are already plumbed in 1/2" tubing then keep it all 1/2. The fittings at the block are 3/8 so you will need to change to the 3/8 NPT if you have 1/2 NPT. The easiest way to slow your system down without having to change all of your hardlines over is to install a flow control valve between the tank and the valves. You can get those at pretty much any place that sells compressors or airtools... Grainger ect... BTW... those valves go off sale on March 1 st so jump in there man
