This won't help, but every time I see this post listed, I'm reminded of a bumper sticker that read: "Horn Broke Watch for Finger"

That's what I'm about to do...... I think I'll give it a little more work, maybe take the wheel back off and look down inside to see if a wire may be missing or something. I should see that ground wire, under the turn signal cam?

The steering wheel parts look OK to me but the pics are a little fuzzy so I could be wrong. My guess is the black wire is broken somewhere before it gets to the horn button and no power is getting to it or the steering column is not grounded.

Is this black ground wire under the signal cam? How much do I have to removed to see it. I was down to the signal cam but didn't remove it.

I think the wire is supposed to be attached to this thing.
