Re: Removing Heads, need help
Alright made some progress.
Heads are torqued down and I've lashed the valves. I just need to set down the intake manifold now. How do I go about this? Can I use the silicone maker as adhesive for the manifold gasket as well as asealer for the front and rear of the block to manifold area?

Re: Removing Heads, need help
Yes just don't go crazy with the silly. If ever you have to take that intake back off you will be cussing yourself.
I usaully just put a little smear on the head side of the gasket and then put them on hte heads and put a heavy bead on the ends of the block and let it set for about thirty minuites, then install the intake. Good luck
