Re: Custom Autosound USA 630
I bought one and it sucks! Took it out and I'm gonna throw it away. I'll never do business with them again!

Re: Custom Autosound USA 630
I guess my truck is magical...or the stereo was made by a 12 year old that day instead of a 5 year old 4 years and still crankin out the tunes. I did not want to cut my dash, and this presented a great alternative.
To get rid of the crappy looking faceplate, I dremeled off their logo as well as the chrome bowties all around it. Painted it to match my dash, and it looks great! My other truck has a rebuilt factory am/fm radio and speaker along with a new antenna, and while it looks all pretty and original, as soon as I fire up the truck and start driving you can't hear it anymore. |

Re: Custom Autosound USA 630
Bummer...I have heard you can convert them to work with an Ipod or Mp3 player too. I think I saw a thread on here where someone actually did it. That would be the ticket, if you could also get it to work with a modern set of speakers. OG old school look, with modern electronics!
