They look like some Centerline rims if I recall correctly.

My guess is that they cab mounting bushings where not replaced. Old ones sag over time and since the bed doesn't use bushings, it stays in the correct location and the cab is off or maybe they are overtightening the cab bushings, if they were new.

At least that is my theory.
