You'll find this place to become your second home. There's tons of information, friends, parts, .... and so much more.

Be sure to mark you calendar for the Midwest All Truck Nat's in Riverside, MO (September 11-13).

And the Midwest Board Meet in Kirksville, MO (May 30-31)
Have you attended any of the River fest shows? went to one last year and it was a very good turn out of cars and trucks.

Re: New member

Had some trouble with the transport company, but the truck finally got loaded on the trailer Thursday night and is on it's way here right now from California. It should be here next week and when it arrives i will post up some pics of it,and i also have several questions about the truck.
If any of you guys ever hire a transport truck, steer clear of the brokers and deal directly with the owner operator, the brokers do not have a clue, they just want their finders fee.

Thanks for continued WELCOMES and it will not be long now before it arrives.

Then i have a tough decision to make, the truck has a very nice 283 2bbl coupled to a 2spd power glide trans, now here is the problem,i also restore corvettes and have a complete LS5 454 and turbo400 trans from a 71 Stingray,do i leave the 283 in the truck,or put the LS5 in the truck

and from the great state of Ohio. You will find us kind of like the cousins you never wanted but once you get to know us you can't get enough of us. I owned a 1958 356A and sold it to buy my wife an engagement ring and then 6 months after we were married I sold my 73 Cotvette . Now I got a factory 70cst BB with lots of factory options. That's mine till I get my wheelchair.
Oh about the LS5 454....hold off a few months. You will like your 67 so well that you will want to buy another truck just to put in you 454. Thats when you know that you have caught the dreaded truckinitis to which the only known cure is to continue to buy more trucks.
