Re: Daily Drivers
Here's mine: This is not my bus, but is like mine. I did a little photoshopping to get rid of the school district name. The driver is not me, either. I just don't have a pix of mine.

Re: Daily Drivers
Here is a picture of mine. I drove it clear out to B'ville last summer with the family towing a camper. 350 700r4, a/c, p/s, p/b and seats from a '05 sliverado. My wife wanted comfortable seats and air before we could make the trip. I don't mind them either. It started every morning this winter even in -15 deg. F tempuratures.

Re: Daily Drivers
This used to be my daily driver. We were together EVERYDAY for around 20 years and 160,000 miles.
Now we just hang out together on the weekends. I drove it in to work today though!

Re: Daily Drivers
Here is mine. It is a 68 that I just got roadworthy about 2 weeks ago. My problem is it has a 4.10 rear end and a worn out TH350. Now it is back in the garage awaiting a 200-4R transplant. I was actually feeling sorry for the 350 at highway speeds. It sure is fun at all other speeds though!

Re: Daily Drivers
Well she's not daily yet but I've been working toward that for about a month now. Power Disc brakes, HEI, fixing wires, lowering, ralleys & tires, gas issues, currently waiting on light & wiper switches. It's been around the neighborhood a few times but still needs plates - brake lights would be good too.

Re: Daily Drivers
Well, I've been on this board for a few days now, but I just got it running and driving today so NOW it's my daily driver. I got all the junk out of the bed and washed all the green gunk off of it. I'll post some newer pictures tomorrow. I'm on the west coast, but this truck came from Indiana and it's got the usual rust in the cab. Rockers and outer floors have been replaced, but they didn't do a great job, and I'll want to have it done right at some point. The bed is Swiss cheese, but I can probably save the very straight tailgate if I get on it right away. Probably be looking for a good used bed at some point, but for now I'm just going to drive it while I rat hole some cash and decide what I want to do.
