Re: Front end sag.
I know it has already been said, but check those body bushings even though you think they are fine. Good Luck with finding the culprit.

Re: Front end sag.
I have some new cab mounts on the way, so we will see if that does it. I don't think it will but at least I'll have new cab mounts!

Re: Front end sag.
Well, the new cab mounts are in. Still the same, front air shocks are sounding good.

Re: Front end sag.
I'm still thinking the frame is just slightly tweaked. I did find that a Jack and Coke or two seems to make the problem go away temporarily..... cheaper than a frame guy at this point.

Re: Front end sag.
I'm thinking that too. I still can't believe that they didn't find anything wrong with my frame.

Re: Front end sag.
Update, still have the problem. I have checked everything I know to do and some of your suggestions. I could pull the rest of my hair out!! Anyways I think that the right leaf is not compressing all the way, took it off and checked out the shackle and front hanger. Did'nt really see where anything was in a bind. I'll keep after it until I figure it out!!

Re: Front end sag.
Changed out shackle hangers, so instead of 1" lower it is now 1/2" higher. So I'm thinking its going to be the best I can get. I think I can live with that!

Re: Front end sag.
I haven't even looked at mine real closely yet. I'm thinking that Sooner rather than later, I may install the 63" rears from an '02 and 52" fronts from the rear of something else just to get a smoother ride. I'll try to tackle the ride height issue then I guess. Just tired of beating my brains out over a suspension that is not gonna stay in the truck. I do know that my spring bushings are worn. Wonder if that has any thing to do with it?

Re: Front end sag.
Yeah, it could be the bushings. But like you said might as well wait till you swap out the springs.
