Re: Just got a '67 C20, A/T, 327, 8 lug... Where can I learn more?

No Spin eh? So they make one for this carrier?

I was hope'n for the Powertrax piece as that doesn't require the removal of the carrier unit itself.

Okay, so what rear ends sway directly? Depending upon the gearing this one has and whether or not I get a locker into it, I might just keep it, since everything I can find on it says it's pretty damn strong.

I was considering a 2/3 drop too, but maybe not since that would reduce ground clearance... Still torn on that one, I do want this thing to have great "work truck" capacity still.

Open your glove box door and hopefully find your SPID, service parts indentification decal. It will list the options the factory added.Or it may still have a build sheet behind seat springs. Please post photo of SPID if there.

Interesting... Okay, I'll remember that when I go check it out this weekend.

Every day that passes another idea comes up! LOL Wheels and tires, Detroit Locker, stronger axles, 700R4, body work and paint, chrome pieces... LOL Oh man this thing is gonna be fun!

What year/size rears are a direct swap for this thing?
