Travis-
Cool pics of the dam.

I spent the whole day Saturday taking my CPL (CCW) class. The class room time dragged on forever... and the range time was fun but had me very edgy. I'm not used to having someone stand over my shoulder while I'm shooting shouting directions at me. At the end of the day, I did pass.

Sunday was honey-do day. I got the yard spiffed up a little and snapped a few pics with the new camera. Here's some of the neater ones... up next for the backyard - a new fence. I don't think I can stand looking at the chain link someone put up in the past.

Re: What did you get done 5/17/09 edition

My over the weekend accomplishments were only on the C20...

New front rotors, new front pads, new caliper pins, new e-brake cables (all 4) with new clips, seals, routing brackets, etc front to back. Used nothing of the old parking brake system except the pedal...

When that was done, redid the pinion seal because of a minor weep, also did a tranny system flush and fill with new filter and pan gasket.

I think that was it... well, that and an oil change....

I got some great news...I'm going to be a dad again. I can't wait. Oh, I did get a chance to check out the local test and tune Friday night. There were plenty of 73-87's there. I also cleaned and spraybombed my newly aquired 12 bolt rearend.

Re: What did you get done 5/17/09 edition

I worked on my interior upgrade some more. I installed the dash pad this weekend, I had heard bad things about the fit of the Dash Direct pads not fitting to well. I have to admit beside being a little flopping after removing the 1x2 I thought it went in pretty good and overall fit was good to. Now I have to admit I have not installed the gauge bezel yet but so far so good.

Hey, can those center caps be installed on regular truck rally wheels(the ones with the 50 little slots around the outside)?

FRANKENTRUCK got MSD!
Cab corners are done, and passenger fender work is still in progress.

No, the truck rally wheels use a bolt on cap.
