wow i just took the 67 on its maiden voyage.. whoaly crap night and day from the 283 to the 463. it needs a bigger carb but im definetely have enough power to haul anything. hey oldiron you need any stumps pulled im almost wishing i would have put this motor in my nova, but not that much, its got a rad small block. ill get pics of the tire marks in the morning

What electric fan did you run?? i just got everything in and i only have about 2 1/2 inches between the radiator and the water pump pulleys.

i ran a summit "s" blade one, i ended up off-setting it and putting it on the drivers side where all the hot water comes in. its about as far to the drivers side as possible and as high as possible and it has about maybe a half inch of clearance. i can take a picture if you would like

The truck is awesome. Me and mynrother in law are doing a frame off resto with a 454 on a 67 we used stright 6 towers but were not to sure about headers. What headers did you use?

Will the tube mounts you used give enough clearance for headers? I am thinking about using the ones you used.
