Agreed I tink it's a 50th, but I'm not a bidder so no dog in this fight, but I'd love to have it, FINE69 wanna split the price and "share" the truck!! I'll keep it here in AZ so it stays as rust free as possible and you can come and visit it? Once a year or so, sound like a deal, I thought it would

Hey Andy - the 68 I just picked up (the one with the supercharger, ), has all those codes but no white on the bottom. Is it a 50th?

I'll take it, box it up with my wheel arches, shipping to 29607

If I had the money, this is something I would buy and drive, and I'd pay 4-5K depending on how it looked in person. Looks like a 50th to me, I just think 8K is on the high side, but the right buyer might be willing to pay that.

The gold on yours looks a little off to me, more like a later year fawn or something?

Re: Stepside 50th anniversary truck on Ebay

I got outbid by a "newbie".

When that happens i always quit bidding.

I refuse to bid against someone who probably wont pay for it. Or is a buddy of the owner.

"fine" don't play that way.

Re: Stepside 50th anniversary truck on Ebay

Hart_Rod, I've never seen a 50th without the lower section white either...would you mind showing your SPID...I am assuming it says IVORY/GOLD...but that could just mean the top and body color too. I will look at my 50th promotion package to see what it shows.

Hey Huck...Better save some Stepside parts for your new truck. I knew you would be back in the 67-72 truck pack before long...but I didn't think it was going to be this fast. Also...how did you know this 50th was going to be avaliable? Because the $$$ you make from your garage sale will finance this very rare and fine truck.

Re: Stepside 50th anniversary truck on Ebay

I know there is a nice un-molested original stepside floating around Seattle that could be had for less those all of those! I will keep my eyes open and make sure to attend the Good Guys to see if the guy shows up again. It would cover your air fare and gas to drive it home...LOL!

looks like it isn't going to sell.
I wish I was closer, I'd at least look at it and see what it's worth (and consider getting??)

Someone bought it. It sold for $5200 bucks.

Strange that it met reserve, but the BIN was $8K???
