Re: Parting out 71 LWB GMC

They are still available. However they will require some work. The Dr. front fender is in decent shape, where the passenger side will require a patch in the bottom of the front section. The bed floor is rusted along the edges. I will take some close up pics and post them later today.

Thanks for your interest.

Re: Parting out 71 LWB GMC
The steering wheel and the trim I'm going to pass on. I just bought another truck and the roof and the drip edge molding is rusted thru. can I get pics of that. If not rusted out I'm interesed in that plus the back window.

I will get some pics today and post them. The drip rails are in good shape, I will include some pics of that as well. I do have someone inline for the cab roof, if that falls through, I will have you next in line and will remove the drip rails if you want them. The back window is yours. How's $20 + shipping sound on the window? Let me know.

Re: Parting out 71 LWB GMC
Thanks , but I'll pass on the inner fender.I might as well find both instead of just one.

Not a problem. Good luck with your truck. I will say you probably want to find them local. I checked LMC and Goodmark on shipping and they both ship inner fenders truck freight. LMC was $125 shipping on a $99 part. That is crazy...

Re: Parting out 71 LWB GMC
what is the shape of the vent window assemblies? how much for the vent window assemblies shipped to 28787?

I will get you some pics today as well. I have several of these and will include pics of them all.

Thanks again everyone for your interest.

Here are the pics. They are in good driver shape

I would not consider them ready for a show truck because the chrome has some pitting. Nothing big, it just looks like dirt on it. I don't think it would polish off though. All of the parts appear to be there and if you still want them how's $35 + shipping for the pair?

Here are the pics of the cab dripwelds. Let me know if you are still interested. They look like they are in good shape. Like I mentioned before, i have someone who is interested in the entire roof. If they back out and you are still interested, it's yours.

You may want to source some fenders locally. Here are the pics I promised. They are not in bad shape but for what you would have to pay in shipping, it may be worth finding some in better shape locally.

Thanks again guys. Happy Fathers Day and I appreciate your interest.

I'm interested in the radiator and radiator brackets, if they don't have any rust and the radiator isn't leaking. They will ship to 88220

If he pass I'll take it with the back cab including the back window cut 3inches below the back window chrome trim. Let me know the price for the entire piece and I'll pick it up.

I did not see where the radiator was leaking anywhere. Are you just looking for the upper brackets or upper and lower? I will take some pics tomorrow and post them.

Here are the pics I promised. When I drove it home it did not leak or run the engine hot. I tested it again this morning by filling it with water and after setting for a while it did not leak. I have no way of pressure testing it. There are two copper tabs with numbers stamped on them protruding from the lower middle section. I included pics of these because in the second pic it looks like there is some damage in that area but it's just these tabs.

The braces are in great shape. I will sell that rad for $50 and the braces for $10. $60 plus shipping which looks to be about $25 via UPS ground. Let me know.

I'm going to need those lower rad brackets also.

How about $75 shipped for the rad and brackets?

Thanks,

JE,
That's fine. It's yours. MO or Paypal? In the meantime, I will look and see about the lowers.

Thanks,
Steve

It has a broken center arm. Chrome is in decent shape and overall looks pretty good. Let me know if you are still interested and I will get you some pics.

Thanks for looking,
Steve

IRT Radiator shipment.

Hi Jon, I shipped your radiator today USPS and you should have it in about 7 days. It's insured so if there are any problems with the shipping let me know. I really appreciate your business and I have included the rubber radiator pads free of charge as a thank you.
