I have an improvement idea. Try some dry ice in it. Its colder, may last longer, and you wont have do deal with the combination of water and electricity. Just a thought. It may work.

but not for an affordable price..
dude.. if you a re willign to cut up mini fridges.. why dont you cut one up.. make a "keggerator" sell it for profit.. then BUY what you need for ac?

well i used some of my biggest cfm fans and it works great i went and sat out in my hot as hell truck with this thing and it didnt take long at all to cool it down
