I think it's time to paint that truck bright orange or yellow so the family will stop backing into it.

Re: Truck got hit once again

Nice job beating the challenger!!
Did you just get a speeding ticket or a ticket for racing??
I know around here i always sit at a light and people want to so called "race" (usually those in daddys bmw or the 93 civic with nothing but an exhaust black hubcaps and a wing) from a stop to the 40 or 45 depending on the speed limit, i in no way call that racing...
15-20 or more over the speed limit that would be considered racing and dangerous, but 5 or 10 over is what almost everyone does.

Re: Truck got hit once again

No it was just a racing ticket
I've had a cop almost give me a ticket for over accelerating so maybe if i take it to court i can tell them that i wasnt speeding I just took off faster than im supposed to but idk.
And its going to suck because the day of my court date my parents are gonna be gone for like 2 weeks for their anniversary on a cruise in alaska, so im out of luck because I have no idea about this kind of stuff but my dad on the other hand lol I heard about one of his tickets got like 5 or 6 at once and they werent small ones.

And if i would of lost and got the ticket i would of been alot more upset but me beating it kinda helped the mood lol

Haha smoky did you happen to get the same one as me?

And KMACD71 that is my plan lol im wanting to paint it some kind of orange

Re: Truck got hit once again

In So Cal they might even crush your car if you get caught, no joke, I saw it happen to some of the rice rocket street racers. However, I think they had stolen engines and other parts on their rides.

And on the lawyer thing how do they get you out of it?
Around here you pay the lawyer and you don't have to go court. they're all in good with the judges and prosecutors. The main reason to do it on a ticket like this is if you get another ticket down the line this one won't be on your record. They changed mine to eccessive noise, the fine was still the same as it would have been, but no points and no record.

Re: Truck got hit once again

That really sucks about the ticket and the truck. At least your dad is paying to fix the truck
