Re: possibly parting out or sell whole. 69 SWB

i went to look at her truck today . in my op it's well worth whats shes asking. but thats just my op. as most of you know i part out 99% of the trucks i get & i just hated to do that to this one . and is would cost to much for me to get it home also.
i will help her tell you a little more about it. remember this is my op everyones is drifferent. the pass. side ft.fender looked perrty soild pass. side inner fender had 1 rust spot easy fix . rad suport looked good drivers side is driver shape looked like it had been repaired in the past. drivers inner fender looked good grille is fair to good driver shape hood looked driver shape no noticeable damage. cab looked perrty soild i didn't see any rust around windshield under neith/floor looked perty soild. drivers side ft. support had 2 small holes about a quarter of and inch. the other 3 supports looked from what i could tell it was a little dark under there and was starting to rain. dash pad had a crack about 6 to 8 inches on top of it but would be ok for a driver. windshield had fog upper floor under drivers feet had some rust starting on it . i did not take the carpet out to see the whole floor but like i said earlier under neith floor looked ok it is one of the better cabs i have saw around here. trailing arms looked good from what i could see. bed floor had a couple waves at rear and driver side bed side looked like it may have had a little work done to it . pass. bed side has a couple of dings over all bed would make a perrty good driver bed.drivers door is a 72 both doors looked perty good shape. i hope this has helped you toot. if i was looking for a project i would have bought this one put and eng. in it and fix it up while driving it.

I can't believe nobody wants this truck. I suppose the darn economy has something to do with it. If I didn't have a project going on I'd be all over it. $1500 is quite a deal!!!!

This is a great deal.It would be a great new home for my 292 but i'm in the middle of a remodel that caused me to drop 1800 bucks in new kitchen range and stuff. If you can try not to part it out.
