Re: Aluminum Master Cyl Set with adjustable prop valve-cool!
Take a look at post #23 above---that package includes the matching alum prop valve, SS lines and SS/Chr bracket...and I know it all fits and works together...$160 +20 S/H. And that's a great price!

That's what I'm looking for. I'm going to have to save a little more longer though. Thanks

Re: Aluminum Master Cyl Set with adjustable prop valve-cool!
How much for a booster and aluminum master setup with the bracket/boot, and rod, but no lines or prop valve?
Booster needs to fit a 72 1/2ton BB or for just the booster, master, and boot (no bracket, prop, or lines.)

Re: Aluminum Master Cyl Set with adjustable prop valve-cool!
??? So you would make you own custom lines and use your own prop valve??? These are nice tested & coordinated packages...everything fits! and it is discounted in a package price. You won't save anything buying just part of the components and trying to fit it to your parts. Sorry, that just sounds like trouble when it doesn't work. I want you to be happy with the system and everything to work. Thanks for asking...Frank

They will work as a manual brake system without the power brake booster. You can buy either the adjustable set or all aluminum.

Re: Aluminum Master Cyl Set with adjustable prop valve-cool!
If you are running the stock disc/drum brakes does the adjustable valve necessary? Or should I say make an improvement? Thanks, Nate

Re: Aluminum Master Cyl Set with adjustable prop valve-cool!
The adjustable just gives you a little more to work with. If you have different front & rear pads, rotors, or other reasons that it may not brake evenly---the adjustable helps get it just like you want it. Normally the pre-set prop valve works great, but...IF...

Re: Aluminum Master Cyl Set with adjustable prop valve-cool!
Yes, I do still have all of these brake packages available. I have had to go to a new manufacturer, to get these 9" DD boosters made for me. The new boosters are finished a little nicer, but take longer to get & cost a little more...not much, but a little.
I'll recheck current costs & upgrade this info. thanks, frank |

Re: Aluminum Master Cyl Set with adjustable prop valve-cool!
Has anyone used this set-up with the 9" booster and running a BB with tall valve covers. My cab is not on right now and it didn,t come with power brakes. Im using tall covers from Brodix. Thanks

Frank do you still have any of these components available.
Specifically the Aluminum MC and std prop valve. No booster required. Thx, Jeff.
