Re: No traction at all and rear end question
Do you still have your old 275/60/15's?
I need to look at a set of them to see if I like them better than my 295/50's I thought the 295's were going to be taller when I ordered them. Last edited by highperf4x4; 10-18-2009 at 11:52 PM. |

Re: No traction at all and rear end question
You still have them on a vehicle then? Can you get a side pic so I can gauge how tall they look?
And btw, did you jack up the rear end of your truck and spin one wheel to see which direction the other one spins? If it's a posi they should spin the same direction. |

Re: No traction at all and rear end question
Oh I though you were wanting to buy my old ones lol, but yeah I have some pics from the side
And yeah I had it on the jack today and was messing with my friend when he was trying to put my lug nuts back on so i started spinning the other side and yes the other side spins the same way. So do you think I just have a worn out posi? Here are my current tires, they are 295's And here's the 275's Last edited by allen123; 10-19-2009 at 12:13 AM. |

Re: No traction at all and rear end question
Yeah if both tires spun the same direction it should be a posi. So it probably is weak if it's only spinning one tire.
Those 275/60's don't look much taller than the 295/50's do. I'm trying to find the tallest and widest tire I can run on my 15x10's without going to a drag radial or something like that. |

Re: No traction at all and rear end question
They're whitewall BFG Radial T/A's. Just run them black wall out if whitewalls aren't your thing. It is a pretty tall tire @ about 30.75".
