Re: cab lights?

Here is a set I just purchased through LMC , not cheap but good quality. I like the OEM look.

Re: cab lights?

Or you could do like I did and run 4 wires up there tying the other 2 into the front side markers and the 2 outside clearance lamps so that they flash alternately with the front turn signals. If you go this route, DO NOT HOOK UP THE GROUND LEAD TO THESE TWO LIGHTS!!! You will have 2 power leads going to the outer lights, one for the parking light power and the other for the turn signal power. and it will look like this when and if done right.......

BLE 'BURBAN --- I wish you were here in my neck of the woods so you could help me hook mine up like that. I got confused reading your post. Can you draw a diagram of what you are talking about? Can I pull it off with the single wire set that I have? Do I have to change out the bulbs?

Shouldn't have to change the bulbs at all. If you can't eliminate the ground through the mounting screws then you may need to find a different style of light to use.

In order to wire up yours like I did mine, you'll need to find a way to eliminate the grounding of the outer 2 lights. If that can be done, the all you'll need to do is run 2 leads from under the hood, up the drivers "A" pillar and to the 2 lights.

Under the hood, use a test light to locate the turn signal wires to each front turn signal and tap into each of them with the proper wire to match each side. (I used dark blue for left & light blue for right) then simply tie them into the old ground leads for the outer 2 marker lights. THis way, when you hit your turn signals the outer cab light will flash alternatingly with the front turn signal just as your front side markers currently do.
