Re: bill's toy
Its nice to see someone else is doing their rebuild like me, I was starting to think I was all alone. I have started with the rear-end and working my foward. I still have my bbc just sitting there waiting for someone to buy it, and the cab is ready to come off soon as it sells. Its sucks not having alot of room to do this build....
Keep up the great work! |

Re: bill's toy
Curtis... centerline's 15x14 with 3 5/16 back spacing. tires are M/T 29x15.5x15. im going to go with a 29x18.5x15 just a little wider.

Re: bill's toy
I saw the pics of the engine, Is that a 502 or what? This thing looks Awsome. Cant wait to see the finished product. I saw your Dutchman Axles, Do you mind me asking you what they set you back? I am thinking about using them in my 56 Chevy Short Step BigWindow when I build it. Great Job.

Re: bill's toy
ok got some more done today. got the frame painted, and the motor & trans are in. had to do some mods to the brackets to get the headers in. but got the shorty's in. so no exhust dragin the ground, and i moved the motor back 1-1/4. so now i need to pull it all back out, clean it up, put it back in so i can get the exhust all done this weekend.
