I think he is dyslexic. It's not a 305, its a 503.

Yeah, I guess i need some kind of "long time contract" with a Tirecompany!

At the moment i have some 295/30/22 tires from pirelli on my truck, but i dont think those will last for long with the 540 in....

Do you think i can keep the rims? Or should i go with smaller ones? Like 16" with bigger tires? (Those are 22"s)

I would go with some 15's. You can get some good looking and effective steel rims for around $50 each, all the way up to very expensive. 15" radials, drag radials, and slicks are plentiful and cheap in this diameter and give you plenty of sidewall to work with. Run the big wheels for cruises and shows, put the 15's on when you wanna go fast.

IMO ... unless your out to do some serious drag racing I'd leave what you have on it .... on it. When you eat those up I would then consider my driving habits & adjust from there.

Nice looking truck ...... it NEEDS the 540!!! Do it!!!!!!!
