The truck was delivered today and after replacing the battery and adding a little brake fluid I took it for a shakedown cruise. It is amazing how well this thing runs.

BLAZERMAN: Thanks Rob. No 4x4 for this one. The guy I bought this one from also has a 4x4 he wants to sell. Dark Blue, body off, really nice truck. If someone showed up at his place with $8500 cash I think they could own it.

bigdon-70blazer: Thanks for the kind words Don. I have been watching this one for a long time.

JDL: Hey Jim, I'm sure you have seen this one a time or two. I may have to make a trip down to look at the '71.

GOPAPA: Thanks PaPa Larry, yes the rims will have to come off but not necessarily because I don't like them.

I remember that truck Leon. Glad you got it. I do agree, it has the wrong grill.

Leon, very nice! So when is your new storage building going up for all of these? Hey there is a really nice 72 GMC 4x4 on CL for $3000. It has a 454 and new headers and exhaustand is east of Colfax on HWY 6. It has Leon all over it!

Thanks for the kind words fellas...

lt704: Thanks. Neither can my wife..

88JRFAN: Daren, if you're ever headed up this way let me know and I'll PM you my info.

Dieselwrencher: I'm thinking about adding a storage area on the East side of the shop. That would be the easiest to construct.

I already called the guy on the '72 GMC 4x4. It's rougher than it looks from what he says.

I've seen it and it doesn't look that bad. He has had that truck for years and it has always been kept clean but outside.
