Re: Its on its way!!

Jr, BOA is bag over axle...meaning put the bag between the axle and the c notch...that should solve your laying frame problem in the rear...also, rockcrawlers don't usually drive on the road...yours will...

well, 10 different people on here have told you it's unsafe...if you don't believe us, then you don't...if you don't get it fixed, I can say I'm glad you live in Kansas and not SC...I don't have to worry about you causing an accident around me and my family...

Re: Its on its way!!

the plate on the side of the frame is only going to keep the frame from flex to the side...the engine crossmember is already going to do that...if you don't gusset on top and bottom of where the z was made, it will flex up and you will be laying frame quit quickly...there's a reason everyone is telling you to put gussets on it and plate the inside, because it's what you need to do to make it safe...just take it back and tell him to do it...easy as that...

Also see if he'll move the bags over the axle in the notch so you won't have to chop your bed up trying to get it lower.

x2...Jr, I'm not trying to be a PIA...I just know that you want it done right and that's how it needs to be done to be right...I didn't say it before, but I would love to have bags on one of my trucks, but family priorities get in the way sometimes...lol...anyways, I know the truck is going to look good and congrats on getting it bagged and for such a good price...
