I thought you had sold it but wasn't sure. then I saw your signature thought maybe you built another ccsb. I put my suburban on craigslist and have had a couple of highschool kids come by with no money. and alot of those annoying spam emails offering to buy right now.

I will let ya know when I get the crewcab I've driven it once and it runs good. maybe make a trip down to OK to have you cut in half.

Re: 18 or 22", Poll

I don't care much for the 22's, especially if you are having to do more cutting than you want to. I would agree with the 18's, but i really like the 338's, and the Coy C5's. However if your not really happy with them start saving a little money, and maybe by the time summer gets here you can buy the 20's you are really wanting. You never know a good deal on some 20's may just be around the corner.

Based on what you have said about cost. etc I would run the 18's. I know you want "something" and I agree the rallies aren't doing it.

Uhm thanks... Like I said earlier the 22s seem to fit the wheel wells nicely adn the ride is good. I am not really digging the style fo my wheels but i definitely like the diameter.

Put Welds on it. 15" 8's back 6's front with goodrich TAs mounted and drive it.... Anything over 2' larger than stock is a no no. They will be out of vogue in 2 years, taking up garage space and have a lot of people crying the blues over thousands wasted.

It all comes down to personal opinion since I've heard many talk about how welds are out right now...

I do think the 22/24...larger phase will go out of fashion...as well as the "bling" wild styled rims...but there's no denying that classic styled 18's and 20's look really good and fill out the wheel wells nicely. I think those will have a long shelf life. There's already a resurgence of rally and smooth wheels....but for show vehicles it's in 18's and 20's....

I personally really like rally rims with the right stance/offset/cap or no depending on application. And I really like classic designed 20's done right...

Maybe in your dream world. Out here in the real world don't expect 20's to go away. Not when they are coming stock on more and more late model vehicles.

Keep dreaming, and maybe those 15" welds will come back in style.

20's stock on new vehicles, 15 inch tires are getting harder to find (and more expensive it seems).....I don't see 20's leaving the scene anytime soon.....but I for one don't really care about trends, I like what I like, don't care if it is in "vogue" JMHO

Nice truck!!

I guess I dont understand why a 22" wont fit if the OD is the same as a 15" or any other tire? I think I may end up buying a set of 15" tires, buying used stuff never seems to work out right and I'll end up putting more money into switching used wheels or tires to get the right fit.

They might if your front sat this high. It doesn't, and they won't.

You know as well as some of us that you could live with the 15"s if you update them. That is why I did mine up how I did. Lets do yours with the rest of it. And then when you have the green for the "right" wheels...get them!

Prostars, 15x8s front with 215-75r15s, 15x10s rear with 28x12.50/15s. Your Blazer would look wicked prostreet style

I agree but Im definitley not buying new 15" wheels, I think I'm going to do 255-60 fronts and 275-60 rears.

I think that is the best option. but before you put the wheels on paint those rims black or red, any other color then silver. It will make a huge difference.

I agree it will make a huge difference , but it won't be a good one in my opinion. Whatever you do just don't paint em black.. Please!

Why not black, keep the 3inch chrome trim rings will look classy. I personally think red or orange would give it a nice hot rod touch or go extreme rat rod and paint em kawasaki lime time green.
