Re: What did you get done 1/31/10 edition

2.5" of snow, 1.5" of ice so I have been stuck at home since friday. To cold to do much. I tinkered in the garage a little and put my engine hoist together, but thats it. Mostly cleaning around the house a little, watching TV and on here.

Re: What did you get done 1/31/10 edition

I went to visit my buddy n2billet this weekend. His daughter is getting married soon, and this weekend was her wedding shower. My wife and daughter attended that while I visited Keith's shop.

While I was there I made a trip across town to Irving to pick up a game for work.

I tried to hook up with Scoti, but he was busy with his own stuff.

I didn't do anything truck related other than watch Keith tinker with his latest project Hazel.

Re: What did you get done 1/31/10 edition

I had a lot planned for the weekend, but got sick instead. Maybe next weekend...

I did find the strength to order a couple of small things for the truck and the Coupe from Jegs.

Re: What did you get done 1/31/10 edition

Didn't get a lot done this weekend due to the snow/ice storm we had. I picked up a Lincoln Mig welder from craigslist so I can get started on the body panels soon. I did enjoy playing in the snow with my 2yr old daughter and cruising the country side on my Honda Rubicon.

Re: What did you get done 1/31/10 edition

Weather is too cold for me to enjoy being in the garage. Before this latest cold blast, my brother in law helped me move the shortbed back onto the frame in the garage so I can mock up my rear suspension.

Re: What did you get done 1/31/10 edition

sorry to drag this from a few pages back, but these are some of my favorite threads on here!

saturday my brother and I got soaked at the junkyard getting the correct front end for my 83' as well as fender liners for him to cut and widen. Can't wait to see how it looks with the factory headlamp setup, although I do like the suburban one!

on weds. I started a new job within my company I lease to. I'm running primarily florida now, along with atlanta,ga in my truck. it's rough hours (early morning) but guaranteed weekends off. that's about it, hopefully swap front ends this weekend.

guaranteed weekends off = guaranteed square body work on and drive time!!!!
