My first car was a 70 Challenger R/T. I miss that car and can't believe what it would be worth now had I kept it...

Good advice to the younger folks on here too.

I still get all choked up when I talk about my first car, I had my 69 RoadRunner all through high school...whew, those where some great times!

If it hasn't been said yet, welcome to the board!

Okay, gotta post a pic of it:

well, Luckily I'm a little younger than some of you guys and learned from others regrets not to sell my vehicles.

My 2nd vehicle ever bought....still got it.

3rd vehicle I ever bought and still got it.

I've had both of these since about 2001. They are keepers. I've had about 50 other non-mentionables that I have bought and sold over the years. I've always made money on those. But I just sink it into the other two....

Wow Bouncy...who knew.

Sweet ride!

I had a 70 RT/SE with a 440 6-Pack once myself, loved that car too!

No pics of it either and like yours, imagine what it's worth today.

Here is a few pics of mine, it has a gray interior in it now but the plans are to put the original white seats in it this summer if I get time. I'm not to far from you if you want to come check it out some time this summer.

My Brother and I also built a 68 Charger as a summer project. It was a bare-bones car with a bone stock 318 and a sloppy 904 transmission. The wheels where on my Challenger when I bought it.

Did I see pictures of your Blazer at Silver Lake in another thread? Where are you in west MI?

Mr Pops
Nice - Hopefully I’ll be able to post pictures like that in about a year.

I haven't had my Blazer at Silver yet but I should have it ready for the dunes this summer, I just need to find someone who can bend tubing for me so I can build a roll bar. I'm in Byron Center.

Re: Red outside – White inside

Have you posted any info about your truck in any other threads? Tire size, lift, trans etc?

Re: Red outside – White inside

I posted the info a few times but I don't remember what threads. Tires are 35x12.5x15 Goodyear MTR on 15x12 Mickey Thompson wheels, I have a 4 inch Tuff Country EZ ride lift with ORD greaseable bushings & shackles & a 3" body lift. Trans is a built TH350 & stock 205 tcase.

Re: Red outside – White inside

My truck (originally yellow but now red) has a mix of colors inside, but I guess was originally parchment because the door panels, seat belts, and brackets for the mirror and sun visors are all that color. Unfortunately the PO started to change to tan.
Question for Bouncy - your Blazer has a black dash pad - is that correct? It looks nice and I might do that if I decide to go back to Parchment. Also, what would be the correct carpet color?

Re: Red outside – White inside

Mine has the Sandalwood dash pad which is slightly different than the tan your photo. The top of the dash and the column are painted Sandalwood too. My door panels and visors are off-white/parchment along with the seats. I've got the rubber floor mats which only came in black. I've never seen an off-white dash pad.
