Its amazing how something so simple gets so hard. i think they were easier when new. They get hard I think and make it next to impossible to remove without damage.
They are truly a pain. If you had a wifes hair dryer it can soften them some.
Oh no problem there.
I'm not keeping these, so if tht's the only way, then I will DESTROY...err....I mean....gently cut that freaking sheath off.

OK problem #2 solved.

Now about those "L" Brackets....Oh and when I went to install the seat belt on the Pass side (Left side of the seat), now theres a Gas line or EAC Line, so I took about 3 washers and put them on the backside of the plate, so when I tightened it down, it wouldn't crush that tube, and it still looks like it using all the threads.

Re: Aftermarket seat belt installation???

So I Rube Goldberged a Fix for mounting my seat Belt "One Size Fits All" and let me tell you it looked like S H I T ! I had THEIR "L" BLACK Bracket with a piece of Silver angle Iron I bought at the Hardware store, followed by a Gold colored Grade 8 Bolt/Nut/Washer Combo.

I thought to myself, that I was putting in $1100.00 worth of Custom Seats, Console & Seat Belts. Did I REALLY want this type of Mess/Set-up showing when I opened the door!!??
So later that night I remembered that my Wife's Soroptomist Friend's Husband is a Metal Fabricator and builds Custom Iron Gates ect. So I e-mailed her, and the NEXT DAY he was up at my House taking pictures/Measurements.

3 Days later he delivered the brackets (Pictures Attached) to me.
I wanted to share them with you all because they are so much BETTER LOOKING than ANYTHING out there and take care of that,
"Twist" in the OEM Mounting point for Retractable Seat Belts.
I plan on installing them on Monday and will post more here, later.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

P.S. This guy also makes "Hot Rod" Roof Top Weather Veins.
Customized to your pictures! His work is Phenomenal and his prices are VERY reasonable! Their much Bigger/Sturdier, than what you can get out of the "Hot Rod Accessory" Magazine.

Here are some pictures of the Brackets installed on the "Outer Retractable Seatbelts".
Unfortunately, the Company sent me the Wrong Adapter for the Seat Bottoms, so the seats couldn't go in today.
They're sending replacements this week.
These Brackets are phenomenal and the Angle puts the Belt EXACTLY were it needs to be!
