Here's a supplier of the Red lens LED I have.
And here's a clear lens LED of the same style.

I had a 78 stepside and i put a bumper from an el camino on it and it looked really good. Or you could just get a roll pan with tail lights in it if you don't like the stock look

Not the best picture, but here's mine. Just oval trailer lights in oval, rubber grommets.

Cool! I went with 63 Impala lights on my 60 Apache which I've since sold. I took the lights off before I sold the truck and plan to use them on my new 62 short step project!
