Can't believe I missed this one! What a beautiful ride. I have to say I chuckled a little when you said you were going to clean underneith. It already looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor aside from the mods. I too am curious of the switches on the dash....turbo boost? Welcome!

Nothing fancy on the switches

One is the reverse lights, One is the interior light, One is the fog lights, and the red one is not hooked up.

As much as I would like to answer your question, I have to say it came with it when I purchased it. There is also a matching cover on the top of firewall.
