My buddy has one with a 4/6 and he did nothing to his inners and has had no problems.

Running stock ones on my Dads truck too..There were a couple bolts that went thru the inner fender that I flipped over so that the head of the bolt was on the bottom side incase the tire ever got into them (instead of the long threads sticking down)....its really close with the 6" drop but no major problems yet.

I would think so because that tire size and the front tires on my dads are basically the same diameter and width.
I would hate to say yes for sure because each truck is different.
Wheel backspacing would also play a part.

yeah im eventually get some 20s and run 235/55/20s they are the same tire height as the ones i have now and was thinking of doing a 6/8 drop. Or just go all out and bag it ahaha

I think the 8" wheel will be a little wide for a 215 width tire. Maybe a 235/60 would be OK on an 8" wheel, and be the same height. I actually had the van (6.5" wheels) and had to find the 8's.

ok so whats the easiest way to drop this 4/6? are there 4'' lowering spindels? and the a axel flip kit? and whats involved in the axel flip?
