Sorry none of the three I have indicate there for a blazer or not I do think they used a general decal for them all. I will try and find out. Checked today and all can be used one has the instructions on the bottom, the other is with out the instructions however the small instruction label goes on the glove box door.

#5 -post 1 4x4 shift pattern
#3- post 2 exhaust emission
#5- post 2 disc brakes

Post #1: Pic 2= 4wd Hub decal
Pic 3= 4wd Hub decal
Pic 5= shift pattern 4wd decal
