I will say that that is a 1960 chev truck. the interior is painted in the silver and black (60-61 (62?) only), there are pull handle vents, which are also only on the early trucks.
the 63's had a white steering wheel and column , and a goldish tan interior. the hood and fender emblems show that it is a 60, not a 61. looks like a great deal , and a nice one to start with.
