Re: Before exterior pics, 1 After interior...

Sorry reds_racing... I didn't measure from the center of the spindle up, I measured from the ground up. Here's what we came up with for the two different wheel setups:

235 75R15 (all 4 corners) on a 15x7 (f) and 15x8 (r)
Driver's Side Front: 28"
Driver's Side Rear: 29"
Passenger Side Front: 28 1/4"
Passenger Side Rear: 28 3/4"

255/40 20 (f) 295/40 20 (r) 20x8.5 (f) 20x10 (r)
Driver's Side Front: 28 7/16""
Driver's Side Rear: 29 5/16"
Passenger Side Front: 28 1/2"
Passenger Side Rear: 29 5/16"

Now the tire difference between your tires (265/70 15) and my initial tires (235/75 15) are as follows:

265/70 15
Sidewall: 7.3"
Radius 14.8"
Diameter: 29.6"

235/75 15
Sidewall: 6.9"
Radius: 14.4"
Diameter: 28.9"

So overall your tires are roughly a .5" taller.

Thanks Nate. You have no idea what a help you have been. Your truck is the reason I bought the drop. Your build page made the install a million times easier for me as well. I love this board!!!! So it sounds like I am roughly about the same height! That's a huge relief!!!

Nice truck. The altitude adjustment works. Try a 215 or 225-70 for the front on the narrower 6.5 or 7" ralley wheel (or some 20" Coys).

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

I was investigating a couple of possibilities but don't have any narrower ralleys @ the moment.

Don't mention it buddy, that's what we're all here for.

15x7's (5-lug) shouldn't be to tough to locate, be sure to hit up any local swap meets as they are fairly plentiful from what meets I've been too. Could even post a WTB on the board if you can't find any on CL or at a swap meet.

Looks great! Coys would do wonders for that truck. Hope to see you get some new wheels soon!
