Looks like six, maybe a well settled 8". Hard to say with no real weight on it.
I always base the lift off of the body. with 15" wheels the top edge of the wheel usually lines right up with the pinch on the rockers. 6" slightly above. 16" wheels look slightly under.

Yeah I try to judge lifts by the wheel and bottom edge of the body but its hard to tell with no weight on it. If you look back at my earlier post I said their brand new and supposed to be 4". These are 33x12.50x16.5 tires also.
