Making a bit of progress. Had a buddy, Eric, of mine cut these plates out for me to help strengthen the connection between the step notch and teh back half where the fuel cell goes. Had him get creative and cut out the lettering. looks sick. Thanks Eric!

yo! whats the deal with those headers you got? do they hang bellow the frame rails? I just got my headers and put them on. when aired out I have 1/2'' of clearance??????????

My headers hang down low but dont hang lower then the frame rails. I thought your truck wasnt on bags? I havnt got to do the final mounting of my headers yet but that is the plan this weekend and I will have some pics with it on the ground when that is done too.

Finally had time to put my headers on and exhaust and a little bit of misc. stuff.

while i was putting the flanges together on the drivers side the wrench slipped and i slashed my middle finger bad, went to urgent care right away and had to get 4 stitches! But when I got back got right back to it. Blood, Sweat and money!!

what headers are those?

long tube pacesetter ceramic coated. They dont fit without grinding alot of the frame away and even the engine mounts but after you get that done they look sick and work great! You can find them at texas speed and performance for the cheapest.

Yup that thing was on Craigs and I helped him part it out. It wasnt a fun experience seeing all his work be torn apart. It was my inspiration but im still tugging away.

ya my truck is bagged. you have to get boner to bag his truck! I keep telling him he should... I wish those headers wouldn't have hung past the frame rails cause they were *****en looking! but the new ones should be cool! I called dough thorleys and they told me maybe they will hang down an inch past my frame so should be money!

yes sir, the old hobart just got fixed too cause we welded it to death. Ive seen your truck too. mine has the same rallys. good looking truck.

considering how much further forward your motor is mounted then mine....those headers might just work for me too...I'll have to look at them closer. Hopefully they have 1 7/8" primaries or are available that way. I might consider 1 3/4"... depending on how much they get for them.
