Re: Radio trim plate
Whenever I get mine in I will post the before and after pictures of the trim plate assembly. I wish everyone else would too. I'd like to see what it looks like on all colors. Anyone?

Re: Radio trim plate
As soon as it gets here I will show it off. It has taken since Monday that I ordered some other parts from Nevada to get here USPS until probably tomorrow or Saturday to get here so I'm figuring mid next week. I'm anxious to get it now though. The dash is actually cut so bad that I will have to re-cut it. It's an improvement that needs to be made though

Re: Radio trim plate
Hey guys, thanks for all the positive feedback on the radio trim plates. I'm working on a couple other pieces for our trucks that I'll be revealing in the next couple of weeks. I'll be heading out of town tomorrow AM and returning next Wednesday or Thursday so any orders placed between now and then will be shipped Oct 21st or 22nd.
Thanks again! Dan |

Re: Radio trim plate
Well awesome, I have been enjoying my new trim plate and it was the best addition to my interior yet. It'll look good when my truck gets rebuilt. Here are my before and after pics...
I have a little bit to do to my dash whenever I strip my truck down and repaint it, I will have to make this radio area flush against the trim plate, then it will look its best. I also took pictures and did a step by step installation documentation, so if anyone wants to see that before they buy this I would be glad to create a new thread and post that. Just so you all can see just how easy and temper free this installation is. It took me literally 5 minutes to do it. The design of it is perfect because the demensions hold the deck plate, it slides in snug and doesn't move or tilt. A perfect addition to your dash in your custom truck and well worth the money. Good job 71rustpile! Last edited by DaSchlange; 10-20-2010 at 09:48 AM. |
