My recent progess: I cut the frame, welded in the rear frame rails, shortened the bed and started some rear bed / frame / rearend mockup

4 link brackets, I bought 2 and made 6. I sure do love my hypertherm (plasma cutter)

The 4 link is mostly in and I worked the rear frame rails so most of it is under the bed floor now.

I welded in some bracing for the frame rails, got the control arms finished and four link brackets done

Been working on the engine lately. Turbo, exhaust, injection timing, valve adjustment, new heavy duty push rods, modified turbo outlet, ect. ect.

Well, I dont always start with clean material but I try to atleast knock the crud off before it gets welded. Living in the southeast with high humidity bare material will rust in a hurry.
