It may be a while before its makes to all yellow. Its in its ratrod stage and the labor and money to put a high dollar paint job may never come. Here are a few more build pics its come a long way.

Re: Lets see your truck!

I know it requires sending more money but when you give your maximum efforts for making something then definitely it will looks beautiful.

And i have seen one trophy in last pic. Have you participated in any competition?

Re: Lets see your truck!

Here's my '46, "Rusty". Posted on other sites, I just found this one. He's on a '94 regular cab swb S10 frame, still running the stock S10 4 banger/5speed. No plans to change him much, we enjoy him just as he is.

'36 is my favorite year and that's a great example! I once bought one, a basket case but 100% complete down to the motor, trim, interior, everything. It had the same 'brown patina' as yours. In Arizona they get that sitting in the sun.

Cash in pocket, I rent a flatbed trailer, hook up and drive from Phoenix to Tucson to pick it up. I'm not a mile from the owners house when he calls me and says someone else offered him $500 more and already took it away.

I was gutted!

Re: Lets see your truck!

Here is mine. It is not much to look at. It belonged to The Department of the Interior - Bureau of Mines until 1976. It was then bought by the local John Deere dealer. He had plans to restore it to haul an antique tractor to tractors show. He never built it so I bought it about 12 years ago. It is still sitting. Maybe I'll get around to it some day. It shows 38681 on the odometer. It is still completely original.
